F7 Engineering Group was formed in 2006 as the successful local evolution of a firm started in New England in the late 90’s.

Our mission then and there is the same as it is here and now:  Provide highest quality engineering services that meet the needs of the client in the most economical and efficient way possible.  Whether you own a multi-million dollar high-tech lab or a single family home in the country, we apply our technical know-how to your situation and your needs so you get the building systems you want.

Our focus is building systems – MECHANICAL – ELECTRICAL – PLUMBING – but these systems are a part of a whole building, so our design approach integrates the M-E-P systems to the site, structure and building itself.  This is reflected in our integrated team approach that not only engages all design disciplines, but also involves the installation contractor and the client in the design process.
We know what it takes to build and to maintain buildings.  We think about that as we design and seek solutions that can be installed seamlessly into the structure and that can be accessed comfortably by professionals when necessary.
